Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AI Shop Pilot. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant", "you") and GoodDeed Software Solutions LLP ("AI Shop Pilot", "we", "us"), an Indian business operating the AI Shop Pilot platform, with its registered address at 224, Teachers Colony, Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh 458441, India.
These Terms apply to all users of the AI Shop Pilot platform, including merchants, staff members, and any others who access or use the Service. By clicking "I agree," creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business.
To use AI Shop Pilot, you must create a merchant account. You agree to:
AI Shop Pilot uses role-based access: Super Admin, Merchant, and Staff. Each role has defined permissions within the platform. You are responsible for managing staff access and revoking it when no longer needed.
AI Shop Pilot offers the following subscription plans:

Trial period: All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using paid features.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly on the same date each month, or annually for yearly plans. Payment is processed via PhonePe.
Refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except for genuine billing errors (e.g. duplicate or failed-but-deducted charges) as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices.
You agree to use AI Shop Pilot only for lawful business purposes. You must not use the Service to:

AI Shop Pilot's IP: All software, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and content comprising the AI Shop Pilot platform are owned by GoodDeed Software Solutions LLP and are protected by Indian intellectual property law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription.
Your IP: All content you upload or create on AI Shop Pilot — product images, descriptions, post content, logos — remains your property. You grant AI Shop Pilot a limited licence to display and process this content to operate the Service on your behalf.
AI-generated content: Content generated by the AI engine using your prompts and shop context is owned by you. AI Shop Pilot does not claim ownership over AI outputs.
You own all data you bring into AI Shop Pilot — your products, orders, customers, and content. AI Shop Pilot processes this data as a data processor acting on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary consents to share your customers' data with AI Shop Pilot for order processing, WhatsApp messaging, and other service functions.
Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After 30 days, data will be permanently deleted from our systems, subject to legal retention requirements.
AI Shop Pilot's AI Content Engine uses large language models to generate captions, reply suggestions, and content. You acknowledge that:
AI Shop Pilot commits to the following uptime targets for paid subscriptions:
Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of an unplanned outage exceeding 4 hours, Growth and Pro subscribers may request a pro-rated credit for the affected period.
AI Shop Pilot is not responsible for downtime caused by third-party services (Shiprocket, PhonePe, Meta APIs, Google APIs) or events outside our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
⚠️ Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — in such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
By you: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees after a 7-day grace period, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your access to the platform ends. You have 30 days to export your data. We will delete your data after this period, subject to our legal obligations.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Neemuch, Madhya Pradesh.
We encourage resolving disputes amicably first. Please contact us at adminaishoppilot@gmail.com before initiating any legal proceedings. We commit to responding within 14 business days.

7. Social Media & WhatsApp Integration
AI Shop Pilot's social media and WhatsApp features require you to connect third-party accounts. By doing so, you:
WhatsApp Business Bot messages sent to your customers are your responsibility. You must comply with WhatsApp's Business Policy, including obtaining customer opt-in before sending marketing messages.
